I believe change is an invitation—an opening for growth, clarity, and renewed possibility. Coaching is the partnership that helps you not just navigate the dance of life, but excel at it.
My approach is much like a dance: you lead.
I walk beside you as a thought partner—helping you uncover your true objectives, identify courageous shifts, and spark the insight, alignment, and commitment that move you forward with purpose. Together, we explore practical and actionable solutions to the obstacles standing between you and the outcomes you desire.
My clients often come to coaching with pivotal questions such as:
• How do I overcome my greatest pain point right now?
• What truly matters—and what might be possible?
• Who am I becoming, and what story should I be telling myself now?
• What impact do I want to create in my work, life, or leadership?
To deepen our work, we may incorporate one or two assessment tools that broaden perspective and pinpoint areas of growth. The most impactful include a “live 360,” Emotional Intelligence (EQ-i), and DiSC—two of which were highlighted by Forbes
From there, we engage in a non-judgmental, inquisitive, and outcome-focused coaching process—with a dash of expertise, when appropriate.
We explore what is most alive for you, identify ideas truly worthy of action, and work toward the aspirations you define—whether that’s expanding leadership influence, navigating mindset or communication challenges, or increasing productivity and performance.
This is an evolving journey shaped by insight, experimentation, and success. Through practice and execution, confidence grows and capability expands. I offer team coaching and development workshops, which are customized to work for your organization and the growth of your team.
These engagements may leverage the use of "live 360s", DiSC personality assessments, or Emotional Intelligence (Ei-Q) assessments. These are a sample of jus two assessments recommended for Executives in Forbes magazine, which also benefit teams.
